[PHYSICAL PREPARATION] EP1 - TIPS FROM A PRO TO PREPARE FOR THE SEASON

Today we are talking about physical preparation.

This year I decided to be a guinea pig and to show you what a physical preparation is. For me the goal is not to become a world champion far from there, I just find it a shame to receive messages or to see injuries on social networks without anyone saying anything.

So I made a call in one of my instagram stories and Iaona from IAO COACHING responded by saying that she was interested in helping me explain good practices so that you could :

  • Gain in performance
  • Avoiding injuries
  • Understanding your body

I had a skype call with her and asked her some questions so now I'll leave you in her company and pick you up afterwards.

The message is clear, it is not enough to do physical preparation for a sport that requires a lot of physical effort. It is also necessary to have a healthy diet and hydration as well as fatigue. Many injuries happen because of this.
