With its 40 m² extended by a loggia open onto the lake, it offers a beautiful living space bathed in light. It has a large bedroom with a double bed, a vast lounge and a spacious shower room for your wellbeing.

Modern comfort is guaranteed thanks to reversible air conditioning, so you feel good in every season. And to preserve the peaceful spirit of the place, the kitchen is located on the bank, in a separate, fully equipped chalet.
