Terms and Conditions of Sale

Individual retreat « Lakeside Reconnection Bubble »

Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

These terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern the stays of the personalised retreat « Lakeside Reconnection Bubble », offered by Les Sablons SARL, and supplement the T&Cs of the unusual accommodation of the Dahu Wake Park.

Article 1 – Duration of the service and of the stay

The client who signs this contract, concluded for a fixed term (two days and one night), may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises beyond the agreed dates.

Article 2 – Booking formalities

Upon receipt of your booking request (in writing by email or form), we send you a provisional confirmation of the chosen dates. The booking is considered firmly and definitively validated only upon receipt of payment of the 150 € deposit. Payment of this deposit constitutes confirmation of your full and complete agreement with these terms and conditions. Failure to pay this amount within the allotted time means that the booking is not confirmed, and we reserve the right to make the rooms available again once they have become vacant.

Article 3 – Consumer Code – Right of withdrawal

A booking made online, by telephone, and/or by correspondence is a distance purchase. However, we inform you that the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation service contracts. We are subject to articles L. 121-17 and following of the French Consumer Code.

Article 4 – Cancellation, date change and postponement of the stay by the client

4.a. Date change (flexibility offered)

Given the personalised nature of the retreat, any request to change the date is accepted without charge if it is made more than 15 days before the date initially scheduled, and if the new date chosen remains within the offer period (from 17 November 2025 to 28 February 2026). Any change is only possible after the agreement of " La SARL Les Sablons " and remains subject to availability.

4.b. Cancellation of the stay (termination of the contract)

Any termination of the contract by definitive cancellation of the booking will result in the payment, as a penalty clause by the client, of compensation set as follows :

  • If the cancellation occurs more than 8 weeks before the arrival date : the amount paid will be refunded, less administrative fees corresponding to 3 % of the total amount.
  • If the cancellation occurs between 2 weeks and less than 8 weeks before the arrival date : 50 % of the total amount will be retained by SARL Les Sablons.
  • If the cancellation occurs less than 2 weeks before the arrival date : the full amount of the stay remains retained by SARL Les Sablons (in accordance with the booking contract).
  • In the event of early departure during the stay : full payment for the booked service is due, whatever the reason.

4.c. Force majeure (Covid-19 and other declared pandemics)

Except for any decree or order prevailing over the conditions below, any stay that cannot be honoured will be subject to the following provisions :

  • In the event of new governmental measures (lockdown, mileage restrictions, closure of establishments, etc.) preventing your arrival : a postponement of the stay will be offered to you over a period of 12 to 24 months.
  • If one of the occupants tests positive for Covid-19 (or another declared virus) : a postponement of the stay will be offered to you for a period of 12 months from the initial stay date, upon presentation of supporting documentation.
  • If one of the occupants is a Covid-19 contact case (or for another declared virus) : a postponement of the stay will be offered to you for a period of 12 months from the initial stay date, upon presentation of supporting documentation from the health insurance authority.

Any postponement request due to force majeure must be made by email to the establishment. If you wish to cancel or postpone your stay without providing supporting documentation, the cancellation conditions mentioned in part 4.b will apply.
