1- Prerequisites
You need to know how to make a tantrum tout d’abord et un blind. Si tu n’y arrives pas entraine toi d’abord avec ces 2 tricks pour bien les avoir gâchette.

2 – Une fois en l’air
Le but va être de ramener ton épaule avant sous ton épaule arrière. Bien sur ce n’est qu’un mouvement ! Dans la réalité c’est impossible ^^
Lorsque tu vois l’eau et que tu as le palonnier proche de toi, il va falloir engager ce mouvement.
3 - the reception
Tu vas donc atterrir en switch. Ton regard sera donc tourné vers l’arrière ce qui est normal en blind. Passe ensuite ton palonnier pour reprendre ta course.
